Go to the Library Portal @ http://spark.tp.edu.sg and select the link for Research Databases

Then click on the link for LexisNexis Academic...

Note: you will need to login via the pink screen

Select the tab for "Legal"

and then select

Enter your keywords and select the country from which your case originated. You can also search dates up to 10 years back and more.

Example - If you are looking for that well-know case where the American teenager was caned for vandalism, you can search using the following combinations:

• michael AND fay
• fay v public prosecutor
• vandalism AND spray paint, for example -------->

Click on the title to read the case. You can also print it, or email it to yourself
