TP Library is for registered members only.
Registered members, for identification and to borrow library items, please produce your library membership card which is your staff / matriculation / library card, whichever applicable.
Please note:
1) Due to vendor licensing agreements, access to the online resources is restricted to current students & TP Staff only.
2) The Library reserves the right to review loan privileges when necessary.
3) Membership fee paid is non-refundable if membership is cancelled/withdrawn.
4) Replacement cost of the Library card is $10.70 (inclusive of GST).

Alumni Membership
Temasek Polytechnic graduates of full-time and part-time Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Specialist Diploma courses may apply to be Library Alumni members
Membership is by subscription. The cost is S$53.50 per annum (inclusive of GST). TPGA members are entitled to a discounted library membership fee of S$42.80 per annum (inclusive of GST). Please submit a photocopy of membership card with application form. Applicants will also have to pay an additional S$10.70 (inclusive of GST) for issuance of a library membership card if the application is approved.

Corporate Membership
Corporate membership is open to commercial, industrial, professional firms/organizations, government departments and statutory boards. The corporation/organization can nominate up to 5 nominees.
Membership is by subscription. The cost is S$214.00 per annum/per member (inclusive of GST).
Personal Membership
Personal membership is open to external degree students of overseas universities and professionals as approved by Director/Library.
Membership is by subscription. The cost is S$214.00 per annum (inclusive of GST).

Application Procedure
Download the application form for Alumni, Corporate or Personal Membership. Submit completed application form in person, email to Lib Loan Services or by post to :

If application is approved, submit a passport size photograph (preferably colour) to the Library for the issuing of a library card.
The cheque should be crossed and made payable to TEMASEK POLYTECHNIC. Please write your name, IC No. and the words "Library Membership" on the back of the cheque.
The Polytechnic reserves the right to approve/disapprove the application and will not disclose the reason for any rejection.

Subscription Period
The subscription period is for a period of 12 months with effect from the date of registration.
Renewal of subscription will be effected from the first day of the month following the expiry date, even if payment is received one or more month(s) after the expiry date of the membership.

Visitors
The Library is open to members only, although those who wish to use the Library’s print collection for the day may apply for a readership pass :
·No loans allowed
·Applications must be done at least one day in advance during office hours
·The cost is S$10.70 (Inclusive of GST) per day per person

Tertiary students of government institutions are required to make arrangements to use TP Library through the Librarian of their institution. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance.
