The Library uses a video streaming system known as the Video Commander System (VCS) to play DVDs, VCDs and videotapes both inside the Library as well as to certain lecture theatres and classrooms around campus. For viewing within the Learning Resource Centre:- - Bring the video item to the counter
- Library staff will loan out the item to you, and then slot the item into the VCS for playing
- Library staff will inform you which TV carrel to go to, and the due date or end time for the viewing

Booking a video screening for class Academic staff may place advanced bookings for video screenings for their classes. Bookings can either be made over-the-counter at the media centre on Level 4, or through e-mail. Please give us at least 1 working day’s notice to facilitate the screening arrangements. - Date & Time of screening
- Location of the Lecture Theatre (e.g LT12) or Classroom (e.g. EN14-03-22)
