- If the Library catalogue does not show a date under " Due date ", you may need to ask the Library Staff at the Customer Service Counter on Level 2 to search for the book for you
How do I get the book if it is in Closed Stacks?
- Books in the Closed Stacks are usually quite old or damaged in some way. If you need to read one, please ask the Library Staff at the Customer Service Counter on Level 2 to fetch it for you, between 11am and 3pm on weekdays
How do I get the CD-ROM that goes with a book?
- Please ask the Library Staff at the Customer Service Counter on Level 2
What if I damage or lose Library material?
- Please report all damages or losses to the Library Staff at the Customer Service Counter on Level 2 immediately. Remember that you are responsible for ALL loans issued under your name. So do not lend your Library / Matric card to a friend!
