TPSU
(TP Students' Union) Newsletter
Guess what's printed on the cover page of
inaugural issue in 1994? It's "Please refer to page
9 for details." And when you turn to the page, it was
"We need a name" contest!
Four years down the road, TPSU stuck to the
simple brand: TPSU Newsletter. Its aim was consistent with
the branding, "To be a newsletter of the students,
by the students". It covered school orientations, school activities and campus events
on half-yearly basis.
Circulated among the students to inform them
of the activities and programmes organized by TPSU, the
newsletter made some changes in April 1998. For one, its
title was changed to "Students' Union Newsletter". Charlene Tan,
then-editor of the publication, also started a dialogue
area called "Student's Forum with the Principal and the
Registrar".
Produced by TP Students'
Union, the newsletter is published
irregularly as of Feb 2003.
