1995: An eye-catching inaugural issue

Eye
on You
October
1995 saw the first issue of "Eye on You". A publication of
SDAD, the newsletter was published quarterly (January, April,
July & October) and covered students' activities, events
and happenings around the campus.
The first editor for the
magazine was Joan D'Cotta, a student development officer
from SDAD.
The editorial team was formed by students
from four schools. In July 2000, the masthead was revamped
for a more zanny look. At that time, its editor was Alfred
Tay Yang Feng.
In the same year, the newsletter went
online,
and four segments were created as part of the
publication's quest to standardise hardcopy and online
versions.
These were Eye on Alumni, Eye on
Sports, Eye on Leadership
& Calendar of Events. Now, as we write this article in February 2003, the newsletter has completely weaned off the hard
copy - it is available online.
The current editor is
Rahayu Bte Mohd Din from SDAD. The majority of the readers
are TP students and Alumni.
