December 1990 – Birth of 'Temasek Polytechnic News' newsletter. That's our conclusion after we spent hours unearthing from our Digital Media Repository.
First introduced in August 1993, the quarterly newsletter saw many changes throughout the years.
Why Ts? That was the question on our minds as we dug into our Archives for more information. And we found it!

Guess what’s printed on the cover page of the inaugural issue in 1994? It’s 'Please refer to page 9 for details.'  And when you turn to that page, it was 'We need a name' contest! ...  
October 1995 saw the first issue of "Eye on You". A publication of SDAD, the newsletter was published quarterly (January, April, July & October) and covered students' activities, events and happenings around the campus.

First started in 1999, Temasek Challenge was a monthly newsletter about the polytechnic's strategic plans.

The library first had its newsletter in November 1990. Aptly named Library News, the publication was a single A4 sheet meant for internal circulation only...
