Chasing a Starlight

Well-known as Priscelia Chan in the media and entertainment industry, Shih Mei graduated in 1998 with a Diploma in Accounting & Finance. After a short stint as an assistant tax auditor at Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Priscelia joined Star Search in 1999 out of curiosity, and so impressed the judges in Star Search ’99 Finals that she was offered a contract with MediaCorp TV Singapore Pte Ltd.

Priscelia had since starred in numerous big budget TV productions on both Channel 5 and 8, such as “The legendary Swordsman”, “In Pursuit of Peace”, “Bukit Ho Swee”, “Wok of Life II” and “My Sassy Neighbour”.  She has also hosted TV programmes such as “Super TV Champion”.

Not content with status quo, Priscelia aspires to pursue a degree in marketing or media management in the next one to two years and has great ambitions to become a successful business woman.
